Each technician sets their prices individually, consultations are free. However, each vehicle inspection is subject to a fee. If the technician doesn't recommend the vehicle, it doesn't mean that you won't have to pay. It's better to pay the technician than to face expensive repairs later on

After selecting the technician, they will contact you and provide their insights on the chosen vehicle/motorcycle, etc.

You'll agree on the final price for the vehicle inspection (or motorcycle) and the travel cost to it.

The technician will then contact the seller and arrange the inspection, either in your presence or without you. After conducting the inspection, they will inform you of their findings and thoughts on the vehicle. If you weren't present during the inspection, they'll send their photos and information via email and issue an invoice.

You'll make the payment and rate the technician's approach on our website, so that future clients have a better idea of what the technician is like.

Usage of Autokaufhilfe Services

Autokaufhilfe is a service that facilitates the conclusion of contracts for vehicle/boat/motorcycle inspections.

The contract is concluded between the technician and you as the service requester.

Autokaufhilfe is not a party to the contract concluded by you with the technician and therefore bears no responsibility

for the technician and his obligations arising from the contract concluded between the service requester and the technician.

Autokaufhilfe only mediates between technicians and service requesters and is not responsible for

personal safety, health, or the safety of the passenger or their property during the transportation of the technician

to the vehicle inspection site. If you have doubts about the driving skills of the technician,

request the termination of the transport and immediately report this fact to us.

We are not responsible for any of the technicians, nor for indirect damages, i.e., damages

caused to you as a secondary consequence of the main damage or injury or in a case where at the time of accepting these GTCs,

it was not possible to reasonably assume this type of damage from your or our side, nor for the non-operation of the website

Inspection:

Autokaufhilfe only recommends procedures for inspections to technicians, however, each technician uses such procedures

which, from his perspective, allow him to determine the real condition of the vehicle and could provide you with information.

By using the services of a technician, you acknowledge that it is a subjective assessment of the vehicle in question

and due to the nature of used vehicles, no warranty can be applied to the vehicle or the result of the inspection in the future

of the technician, nor the services of autokaufhilfe.eu.

PRICE

The prices stated on our autokaufhile.eu website are for orientation only and may change depending on the final agreement between you and the respective technician.

The exact price of the technician's services is influenced by the distance of the respective technician from the place of vehicle inspection.

By sending an inquiry, you do not yet conclude a contract between you and the technician.
